Safe Claims View TM

 

This complete and robust system has been developed with the entire spectrum of its users in mind.  The tiered hierarchy of participants include: The TPA administrator, the group administrator, and the insured individual. 

 

This layered, or tiered, hierarchy of participants starting with the TPA administrator(s), through the Group administrators, down to the final individual insured user will experience the highest degree of security available for the TPA's clients and their group's insured individual's personal information.  We've governed our web site development activities through HIPAA and the Sarbane-Oxley Act guidelines.  Because of this you can rest comfortably knowing that when a user follows responsible and safe viewing and printing practices on their end, their information is safe and available only to those who have been granted prior authority.   

 

Once successfully logged on to the Safe Claims View system the user, at any level, will have access to a wide variety of helpful, informative functionality.  Below is some of that functionality described by user level.

·   View a claim's status for the insured or a dependent

·   Review claim history for the insured or a dependent

·   Print a single claim

·   Print a summary of claims over a specified period of time

·   Dispute a claim

·   Request a new ID card

·   Create and manage your ID and password

·   View a list of providers and their contact information

·   Control the group administrator's access to your claim information

·   Update the insurance provider (TPA) with your personal contact information

·   Most Insured User Functionality (via 'view as' function)

·   Manage your profile

·   Manage your password

·   Reset user passwords

·   Verify insured users

·   Assist Individual Insured with same site and system navigation

* Group Administrator is an optional level in the tiered hierarchy of  the system.

 

To obtain a valid logon ID and an initial password, contact your insurance provider contact person within your company or at your insurance provider's office directly.  If they, as an organization, are not currently enrolled in Safe Claims View they may contact the sites system administrator to obtain enrollment information and schedule a demonstration.
